Reverse Stamping Feat. Cienna Rose Beauty

**Contains PR products**

Who saw my latest Cienna Rose Swatch post? Today I'm putting those gorgeous polishes to more creative uses and doing a bit of stamping, mostly the reverse stamp technique which I'm very proud to have finally mastered! If you follow me on Instagram and/or Facebook you will have hopefully already seen these designs, but linking up this post gives me the chance to go into a bit more detail so you can try the looks out for yourselves if you fancy...

Pretty Please Reverse Stamped Flowers over Rainbow Snow

They turned out pretty good didn't they! I just painted my forefinger nail and pinky nail with Pretty Please and sealed in with a topcoat, painted my middle two fingernails with Rainbow Snow then sealed that in with a topcoat.

Whilst drying, I picked up my chosen floral design with black stamping polish from Colour Alike then whilst the image was still on the stamp head, coloured it in with Pretty Please and a pink polish which I thought would look cute with the purple. Once the design had dried a little, I popped a thin layer of topcoat over and left to dry again.

Once the floral design was dry, I peeled it off, cut around the part which I wanted for my nails, placed it on the nail, then sealed in with topcoat. It sounds more faffy than it actually was, and it actually didn't take that long to do either. The design seemed to get a lot of love over on Instagram, Gemma (_nailgems_) and I even did a mani swap where she chose to recreate this look! Make sure you're following us both for even more nail art inspiration.

Something Blue with Stars

So for this look I used the exact same technique as above, this time sticking to just one base colour of Something Blue. My colouring strayed out of the lines a little with this one, but I still think it turned out pretty good, what do you guys think?

Big Spender with Flames

Here is some more reverse stamping, I used Big Spender as my base colour, and Leighton Denny's Nothing but Sand and Saffron Heart to colour in the flames.

Black Diamond and Big Spender with Stars

For this look I stuck to straight up stamping, I decided to use Black Diamond on my first two nails, Big spender on the last two, then contrast with the stamping polishes using Colour Alike's white stamping polish over Black Diamond and Colour Alike's black stamping polish over Big Spender.

I absolutely loved working with these Cienna Rose polishes, they really are stunning. My favourite has to be the first design, using that beautiful bright purple creation, Pretty Please. Which is your favourite design?
