Cute Bow Nail Art using Elune Nail Polish
**Contains PR products**
If you haven't already, check out my previous post showing off the gorgeous three polishes by Elune Nail Polish that Emily sent over to me. These three along with the rest of her collection will launch on the 9th April.
These colours were just so pretty that I had to do something a little more with them, and decided to stick to a theme of bows. Why bows you ask? I don't know really - I just happened to have a stamping plate with different bow images and thought it would look good haha!
Anyways, lets see what I came up with...
I'm going through such a phase of reverse stamping now that I've got the hang of it, so be prepared to see this technique a lot!
For this look I used two coats of Cirilla for the base, then used Tyrande and Vashj to colour in the bows.
What do you think - yay or nay? I thought it turned out very pretty and girly, and I love how the green and purple burst out against the peach, still showing off those tiny glitters.
Here I used two coats of Tyrande as the base colour, then used a black and white stamping polish to colour in the bows. I originally wanted to use the other two Elune nail polishes to colour in the bows as done previously, but was concerned that they wouldn't stand out enough against that beautiful grape shade.
I decided to keep things quite simple with this particular design. There is so much depth to Vashj, and those glitters really do peek through, I didn't want to cover up too much of the sparkle. I chose a pattern that had plenty of negative space, then just popped single bows on the pinky fingernail and the index too.
So those are the three designs I have to go alongside the swatches of my first Elune Nail Polishes. Which colour/design is your favourite?
