RCX Polish

**items featured were gifted to me for swatches and review**

I have been discovering some amazing new indie brands lately, with the newest being RCX Nails. I came across this brand over on Twitter, then proceeded to find them on Instagram and Facebook too. They were looking for people to try out their products so I offered my services haha!

They very kindly sent me two polishes to try out, let's take a look...

This is a lovely raspberry red crelly with lots of multi coloured and sized glitters. It is fully opaque in two coats with a lovely smooth formula with no bumpiness from those glitters. As always I would recommend a topcoat to seal the deal and help lift those sparkles.

Merlot is my favourite of the two polishes sent, it's something different, something unique to add to my collection. I can't believe that it is for sale in their shop for just £3! Bargain!

Quick Silver

Quick Silver

This is a silver - holo polish that I have found works best as a topper. For the photo I have built up the layers to wear over my natural nail. It took four coats to build it up to this, but still not fully opaque as my stubborn white tips are peeking through. It is quick drying, so if you're wanting to build it up you won't have to wait long, and it's also worth noting that even when adding layers, this polish doesn't become thick, heavy or gloopy on the nail.

A layer of Quick Silver over a dark base will look amazing and really help the sparkle pop some more. If you enjoy a predominantly silver holo topper, this badboy is for you, and at just £3 you can't go wrong! Remember to add that glossy topcoat to bring out extra twinkles.

I'm looking forward to seeing what else RCX Nails comes up with, be sure to check out their shop as there are some beauties in there at the moment.
