Foxy Thermal Design
*Contains PR Products*
I have a new stamping plate to play with! I’ve been seeing people using products from nailartuk so I thought I’d give them a go, and I’m so glad I did as I placed my order one day, and it arrived the next. Fab customer service.
Anyway, if you follow Gemma over on Instagram (which if you’re not, why?!) you will have been seeing her live sessions on an evening showing us swatches and nail designs. I was particularly enjoying the Freehanded Fox design that she did, and it inspired me to give it a go. However, I lost my nerve as freehand is not my thing, but this stamping plate by Whats Up Nails (found on nailartuk) fixed the problem perfectly.
Pretty cute isn’t it?
I dipped into the latest collection by Prism Polish as I realised that with all the Blogtober posts I’d been neglecting them after only doing a swatch and review post. I love mixing different polishes together, and I truly love how this mani turned out.

You know what I’m going to say here - but let’s start with a base coat
I grabbed Normal People Scare Me and Where’s My Treat by Prism Polish and got painting. I used Normal People Scare Me on the ring and pinky fingers, Where’s My Treat on the pointer and middle fingers
Using my fancy new stamping plate, Whats Up Nails B033, I stamped a leafy pattern straight over the middle finger, then reverse stamped the fox image onto the ring finger
To colour in the fox I used Leighton Denny’s Saffron Hearts as it was the only fox-appropriate orange I own
For a little something extra I popped on a gold stud in the middle of the leafy design
Seal in with a top coat and treat your cuticles to some oil.
All done! I forget to mention this all the time in my stamping posts, but I always use Color Alike's stamping polishes in black and white - Almost White and Almost Black.
Where’s My Treat is a gorgeous thermal polish which oozes autumnal feels, adding even more interest to this design.
What do you think? Yay or Nay? I know I technically cheated by stamping, but you’ll forgive me, right?
Thank you for reading,
Love, Leanne Xx
