Aloe Vera Mascara by Zao Makeup

**contains PR products**

As you've seen by the title, I'm back today to chat about another new and exciting product by one of my most favourite makeup brands, Zao Makeup. They come up with some of the best formulas that are going to give consumers products that not only perform consistently well, but work towards doing great things for the skin - and in this case - lashes too!

I have been trying out this Aloe Vera Mascara for a little over a week now, putting it through its paces whilst at work, so read on to see my final thoughts. Before we get to my experience though, lets take a closer look at what makes this Mascara really stand out amongst its competitors...

Aloe Vera Mascara

Zao Makeup have really pulled out all the stops with this bad boy, pouring in some of the best ingredients including Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, and Caster Oil. These little beauties all work together to nourish each and every lash whilst pumping up the volume to create an effortless bold and defined eye look.

This mascara is perfect for those who have sensitive eyes and/or who are contact wearers as it has been specially created with the highest quality ingredients and absolutely no synthetic preservatives. As with all of the brands products you can be assured that the mascara is cruelty free, vegan friendly, gluten free, 100% natural and uses a high percentage of organic ingredients too.

One of the things that I love about Zao Makeup is the packaging, super sleek in all its bamboo-cased glory, but also refillable! For your first purchase in the bamboo component it would cost you Β£20.75 for 9ml, then for each refill it would cost you Β£13.50.

Final Thoughts

I always tend to stick to the same mascara, I have very fair almost non-existent lashes, so when I find a mascara that brings back life to my lashes, I don't want to budge! However, trying out this one from Zao Makeup has swayed me, I get the same bold, defined look that I enjoy, but I also found removing this mascara at the end of the day is much easier.

You don't need to keep adding layers onto the lashes either, you get drama from the very first brush, try not to overload the lashes as this will clump them together for a not so flattering look. It just isn't necessary.

One thing that I look for in a mascara is staying power throughout the working day. Nobody wants black smudges or dots appearing around the eye area! This Aloe Vera mascara holds up all day, with no smudging or shedding haha!

Overall, another wonderful product that I love and highly recommend you check out.

Thank you for reading,

Love, Leanne Xx
