Valentine’s Day has been declared a day of reflection and celebration for India.
The festivities are held at various temples around the country, and are also celebrated on the last Friday of the month.
However, the celebrations are usually accompanied by a large amount of self-reflection, reflection on the achievements of the previous month and a look at the past.
It’s been a big year for the Indian women in general.
According to a survey conducted by The Hindu, in 2016 the number of women who completed a Bachelor’s degree was more than double the number in 2015.
There were nearly 13 lakh students who graduated from college in India in 2015 and nearly 14 lakh in 2016.
